Bargarh: Odisha Chief Minister and BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik today kicked of his much waited campaigning for his party candidate, Rita Sahu, for the Bijepur Assembly bypolls in Bargarh district.
Patnaik arrived at Laumunda in a helicopter and began his campaigning atop the customized hi-tech bus with a huge procession. He began with his customary address: “Apana mane khusi to? and said bless me and make Rita Sahu win by voting on the Conch symbol. According to party sources, Patnaik will also hold road shows in 31 places in Bijepur, Barpalli today and road show in 14 places in Giasilit Block on Friday. He will stay at the inspection bungalow at Bargarh for the night, sources added.
According to the CM’s schedule, he will conduct road shows at 45 places in Bijepur constituency during his two-day visit.
