BJD MP Sasmit Patra Speaks in Odia, RS Chairman Venkaiah Naidu Praises

New Delhi: BJD MP Dr. Sasmit Patra on Friday raised the issues of Mahanadi and Polavaram affecting Odisha in the Zero Hour and spoke in Odia.

After his submission, Vice President & Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu, said “Uttam Kahuchi” in Odia and “Dhanyavad Aapko” to BJD MP Dr.Sasmit Patra for his submission.

From the Chair, he also sent a note of appreciation to Dr. Sasmit Patra which said, “Uttam Kahuchhi” in Hindi and English mentioned with Dr. Patra’s name and signed by the Vice President himself.

After the Session, with permission from the Vice President, Dr. Sasmit Patra placed it on his Twitter handle.
The VP has consistently appreciated Dr. Sasmit Patra for his efforts.

On his part, Dr. Sasmit Patra has thanked the VP and Chairman Rajya Sabha for encouraging young MPs like him. He further added that these words of appreciation from the RS Chairman are invaluable and inspires him to work harder with greater enthusiasm and motivation.
