Bhubaneswar: In a major development, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today shutdown two branches of ICICI Bank and RTO office located in Acharya Vihar in the city after COVID-19 cases were detected in the respective offices.
Accirding to BMC tweet, as many as 15 positive cases were detected from ICICI Bank, Cuttack Road Branch and Sales Section of ICICI Bank, Bhubaneswar Main Branch, near Sriya Talkies.

As a precautionary measure and in larger public interest, the BMC sealed the two branches of ICICI Bank.
Similarly, the BMC has closed the RTO-1 office after four of its employees tested positive for the virus and further closed Gati Godown at Nakhara following
two of its employees infected with Coronavirus.
After detection of 4 positive cases today, BMC today closed RTO office, Acharya Vihar to prevent further spread.
