New Delhi: In significant development, the supreme court today said the CBI to investigate actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
The court also asked the Mumbai police to hand over the case and all evidence collected so far to India’s premier investigating agency.
The court also said the FIR registered in Bihar based on the complaint filed by Sushant Singh’s father was correct and Bihar was competent to ask the CBI to investigate the case.
Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14.
While the Mumbai Police said it was suicide, the actors family sees some foul play in his death.
