Cuttack: In view of the increase in number of Covid-19 positive patients inside CMC jurisdiction, the Municipal administration has ordered imposition of shutdown in the entire jurisdiction of CMC till 08th July 2020.
All non-essential travel is strictly prohibited during the shutdown. Similarly, all non-essential shops will remain closed. Essential shops i.e., Grocery, Vegetables & Milk shops are allowed to open from 5.00 AM to 6.00 PM with proper maintenance of social distancing and wearing of masks.
Besides, essential medicine shops are allowed to open at regular hours. Online delivery of all essential items are allowed. However, emergency services i.e., electricity and water supply will function as usual.
