Cold Wave Conditions Continue In State; Daringbadi Reports Lowest Temp of 6 Deg Celsius

Bhubaneswar: Under the influence of Northwesterly and northerly dry and cold winds, Odisha is experiencing cold wave conditions. Due to its impact, many districts have reported a dip in temperatures.

In the last 24 hours Daringbadi and Phulbani have reported night temperatures of 6 degrees Celsius. Likewise, Keonjhar, Sonepur, Bhawanipatna, Jharsuguda, Koraput, Nayagarh, Balangir Anugul and Boudh also reported temperatures below ten degrees. The Cold Wave conditions are likely to prevail for another 48 hours after which there will be improvement in the night temperatures.
