New Delhi: India has registered 13,193 new positive cases of Covid-19 and 97 deaths in the last 24 hours.
The death toll due to the virus has jumped to 1,56,111, according to the Union Health Ministry.
Total cases surged to 1,09,63,394 and active cases to 1,39,542 in the country.
Meanwhile, as many as 1,01,88,007 persons have been vaccinated for Covid-19 so far.
