CRUT Organizes Virtual Training Session ‘Bus Pathsala’ to Enhance Passenger-Centric Skills of Employees

Bhubaneswar: The Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) is organizing a four-day virtual training session ‘Bus Pathsala’ to enhance skills of the employees on passenger-centric approaches and better maintenance practices for bus operations.

The training programme has started today and it will continue till July 30.

The employees of CRUT and OSRTC will participate in the four-day long training programme.

Speaking at inaugural session of Bus Pathsala, CRUT MD and OSRTC CMD Arun Bothra said that the training session will be very fruitful and help us improve our operations.

Speaking on the occasion, Juergen Baumann, Program Director, GIZ’s SMART-SUT project said the global best practices can improve quality of mobility significantly. Training will focus more on enhancing requisite skill sets.
