Bhubaneswar: In a significant development, the Odisha Government has decided to organise the famous Cuttack Bali Yatra as a state-level festival, said Housing and Urban Development minister Pratap Jena on Friday.
A notification for its government recognition will be published.
Urban Development and Culture departments will provide necessary financial assistance to the historic fair, he further added.
