Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance Department has arrested Manoranjan Nayak, Assistant Collector at the Rourkela ADM Office in connection with the disproportionate assets case. The vigilance sleuths had conducted raids at multiple places after getting reliable information on Manoranjan Nayak allegedly possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Today i.e. on 08.02.2022, on the allegation of accumulation of disproportionate assets by Sri Manoranjan Nayak, Asst. Collector, O/o ADM, Rourkela, simultaneous searches by Odisha Vigilance are going on at 5 locations.

During the raids at Rourkela, Bhubaneswar and Jajpur, the vigilance sleuths have unearthed assets worth more than Rs 2 Crore.
