Bhubaneswar: Odisha Development Commissioner Suresh Chandra Mahapatra and Secretary to CM Transformation and Initiatives (5T) VK Pandian on Sunday reviewed the progress of the country’s largest COVID-19 Hospital, which is being set up in the State here.
The senior officers visited the Campus-2 of SOA University, where SUM Hospital is setting up a 500-bedded state of art hospital exclusively meant for COVID-19 patients.
SOA Founder Prof. Dr. Manojranjan Nayak briefed the officers about the progress of the hospitals.
The COVID-19 hospital will be made functional within 15 days.
Notably 5T Secretary had also reviewed the progress of another COVID- 19 hospital being set up by KIMS last day.
