Bhubaneswar: Odisha Director General of Police Abhay has order for Crime Branch Probe into the alleged murder of Chittaranjan Palai, an associate of Deputy Chairman of the State Planning Board Sanjay Das Burma.
The alleged murder took place on Saturday night and Chittaranjan’s dead body was found in the Nuanai in the outskirts of Puri. Earlier, Puri police had formed an SIT t investigate the incident headed by the Additional Superintendent of Police.
Some of the family members of Chittaranjan had alleged that Sanjay Das Burma is also involved in the murder.
