E&IT Principal Secy Turns Good Samaritan, Facilitates Treatment of Stray Dog Suffering from Broken Leg

Bhubaneswar: Principal Secretary of Electronics & Information Technology (E&IT) Department Manoj Kumar Mishra has come to the rescue of a stray dog suffering from severe pain.

As per reports, the stray dog was laying near the Fakir Mohan Hostel of Utkal University with its leg broken. Even though, the students tried their best to comfort the puppy, but that was not enough.

Later, a student named Sai Debabrat took to Twitter seeking help for the animal.

The matter came to the notice of the E&IT Principal Secretary, who immediately swung into action. He discussed the matter with Principal Secretary of Fisheries & ARD Department Suresh Kumar Vashishth. A team of Fisheries & ARD Department went to the spot and got the treatment of the dog.

Meanwhile, people from various quarters praised Manoj Mishra and Fisheries & ARD Department for the noble deed.
