Entry of Devotees, Visitors into Puri Jagannath Temple Restricted from Tomorrow

Puri: Entry of devotees and visitors into Shri Jagannath Temple has been restricted from 20.3.2020 to 1.4.2020.

The decision was taken in the interest of devotees, Sebayat community, employees of Temple administration and police personnel engaged for temple assignment after consultations with the servitors of Srimandir and the temple administration, said the Puri District administration.

The Collector & DM, Puri Balwant Singh has appealed millions of devotees far and wide to cooperate in combating the potential outbreak of Covid-19 and hopes that regular darshan of the deities will be resumed soon after.
