Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal has lauded the overarching and integrated strategy of Covid-19 management in the state.
The Governor, who was briefed about the ongoing Covid-19 situation in the state and the strategies adopted by the government of Odisha by the Additional Chief Secretary, Health, Pradipta Mahanpatra, expressed his happiness over the situation in the state.

The Governor also praised the efforts of the state government for setting up a large number of temporary medical centres at Gram Panchayats. He was appraised of the various activities relating to containment of the deadly virus and highlighted the measures for effective management of the pandemic.
Senior officials including Special Secretary, Health Archana Patnaik, NHM Managing Director Shalini Pandit, Director of Health and Family Welfare Dr Amarendranath Mohanty, Joint Director Dr Lokanath Patra were also present.
