Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal will unfurl the national flag at the state level Republic Day celebrations here at the Mahatma Gandhi Marg in Bhubaneswar. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will be the Guest of Honour at the ceremony.
