Berhampur: Schools in Odisha’s Ganjam district will remain closed tomorrow as incessant rainfall continues to lash most parts of the district for the second consecutive day today.
In view of heavy rainfall due to low pressure over Bay of Bengal, the administration declared the closure of all schools both government and private in the district for tomorrow, informed District Education Officer (DEO) Dr. Sanatan Panda.
As per the direction of Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange, the teachers will remain present in their respective schools during working hours.
The classes in all the schools in district were suspended today due to the incessant rain affecting normal life.
