India Registers Its Biggest Single Day Spike of 90,633 COVID-19 Cases, Tally Crosses 41 Lakh Mark

New Delhi: India’s Coronavirus tally crossed 41 lakh mark with the biggest single-day spike of 90,633 new cases and 1,065 deaths in last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry data stated.

The total number of COVID-19 cases stands at 41,13,812 including 8,62,320 active cases, 31,80,866 cured/discharged/migrated and 70,626 deaths.

With this, India overtook Brazil as the country with the second highest recorded cases of Covid-19 after the US.
