Chennai: The player auction for 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will be held on 18th February in Chennai.
This has been informed by the IPL on Wednesday through its Twitter handle.

Earlier, the eight franchises including Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings, Kolkata Knight Riders, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Delhi Capitals, Rajasthan Royals, Kings XI Punjab and Royal Challengers Bangalore announced their list of players they have retained and released ahead of the season.
The 2020 edition of the tournament was held in the UAE.
