Bhubanrswar: Justice Mohammad Rafiq today took oath as the new Chief Justice of Orissa High Court.
He was administered the Oath of Office by Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal in a special function held in Lok Seva Bhawan Bhubaneswar.
Leader of opposition, Chief Secretary, Director General of Police were also present in the oath taking ceremony.
