Bhubaneswar: Keonjhar district has emerged as the leading district in Odisha in the agriculture, industrial and tertiary sectors.
The district has also the highest per capita income in the State based on 2004-05 financial year, informed Planning & Convergence Minister Padmanabha Behera to the Assembly on Thursday.
Sundargarh and Angul districts are the other leading districts followed by Keonjhar, the Minister added.
