Pune: A massive fire has broken out at the Serum Institute of India’s new plant in Pune, according to reports.

The incident occurred near the Terminal 1 gate of the SII.

The SII is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of vaccines. It is the manufacturer of the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine ‘Covishied’.
