Mayurbhanj: BJD Alleges Booth Rigging by JMM in ZP Zone 33 in Bisoi Block, Demands Recounting of Votes

Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal had demanded recounting of votes in Zilla Parishad Zone-33, Bisoi-A in Bisoi block in Mayurbhanj district alleging large scale irregularities committed by the JMM party.

A delegation of BJD brought the matter to the notice of the State Election Commission on Sunday.

The BJD alleged that there have been large scale irregularities in Zilla Perished Zone-33, Bisol — A, Bisoi Block, Mayurbhanj district committed by the JMM party for their candidate which includes booth rigging and casting of votes in the name of deceased people.
The delegation demanded immediate recounting of votes in the ZP zone.
