New Delhi: More trouble for Chinmayanand as the case against him seems to be getting murkier day by day with several video clips related to both the accused former Union Minister and the survivor getting viral, with either claiming victimhood.
The veracity of the videos still has to be forensically established and then it will depend upon the Court to take the cognizance of the videos into account.
The law student (victim) had earlier said that she had evidence against Chinmayanand in her hostel room, which was sealed.
On Monday, the Special Investigation Team (SIT), set up to investigate the case, opened the hostel room, in the presence of the student and her father.
Earlier this week, the law student had said the harassment began soon after she shifted to the law college hostel.
Chinmayanand is president of the law college’s management committee.
