Naveen Congratulates Cuttack Collector on Winning National Level SKOCH Gold Award for ‘Mission Zero-F’ Initiative
Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today congratulated Cuttack Collector Bhabani Shankar Chayani on winning the prestigious National Level SKOCH Gold Award 2020 for the district administration’s 5T-based innovative educational project ‘Mission Zero F’.

The “Mission Zero F” project has bagged the prestigious National Level SKOCH Gold Award 2020 for enabling 9759 F (Fail) grade under privileged students of Govt High Schools pass the last HSC Exam.
The project aims at bringing 100% success rate in the annual High School Certificate Examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Odisha following the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s 5T principles of governance – Team Work, Technology, Transparency, Time and Transformation.
