Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has paid rich tributes to his father and former Chief Minister Biju Patnaik on his 106th birth anniversary today. Remembering the contributions of the great leader, Naveen tweeted, “Biju Babu drew a roadmap for the welfare and development of the people. All his works were aimed at the self respect and pride of Odia people. Following his principles, Odisha is leading in many fields. Paying my respects and remembering him on the anniversary of the Vikash Purush.”
