Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik paid his humble tributes to Raja Bahadur Ramachandra Mardaraj Deo, the king of erstwhile princely State of Khallikote, on his birth anniversary today.

Taking to the Twitter, the Chief Minister said that Raja Bahadur Ramachandra Mardaraj Deo will always be remembered for his contribution for the formation of separate Odisha state.

Naveen also hailed Ramachandra Mardaraj Deo’s contribution to the field of education, Odia language and literature.
