Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has wished all on the occasion of Maha Sivratri.
Sharing some of the mesmerizing photos of the transformed Shri Lingaraj Temple, Naveen tweeted “these enchanting scenes have created a religious atmosphere on the occasion of Maha Shivratri.”
