Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has wished all on the occasion of Holi, the festival of colours and happiness.
In a video message released, Naveen said, “we are going through an extraordinary time due to Corona. I request all to celebrate Holi staying in homes and keep your friends and family safe.”
