Bhubaneswar: State Transport Authority (STA), Odisha has said that there is no plan to scrap the vehicles which are more than 15 years old.
“At present there is no policy to scrap more than 15 year old vehicles. The owners of fifteen year old Non Transport vehicles can renew the RC at RTO office”, the STA said.
The validity of registration of transport vehicle is valid as long as its fitness certificate is valid, it added.
