Bargarh: The official notification for the Padampur by-elections has been issued today. Padampur Sub-Collector today released the notification for the by-election to Padampur assembly constituency. While the last date for nomination filing is November 17th, the last date for withdrawal of nominations is November 21st. Voting will be held on 5th December and counting will be done on 8th December.
