Bhubaneswar: The +3 final year examinations in Odisha will commence from July 24 and final semesters for PG courses will start from August 20, informed Higher Education Minister Arun Sahoo.
After holding review meeting with Vice-Chancellors of all universities through video conference, the Minister informed that entrance test for admission into various PG courses will be held between September and October.
Hence, offices of all universities and autonomous colleges will start operation with 30 per cent staff from tomorrow, he said.
Besides, a special committee has been set up to prepare a blueprint for online programmes.
All the decisions have been taken in adherence to the state Government’s COVID-19 guidelines, the Minister said.
The Higher Education Minister will hold review meeting with VCs of all universities in every 15 days through video conferencing, sources said.
