Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today paid his humble tributes to the architect of Indian Constitution, Bharat Ratna Dr BR Ambedkar on his birth anniversary.

Dr BR Ambedkar was born on April 14, 1891, in Madhya Pradesh. He worked against the caste system in Pune and was the voice of Dalit movement in India.
In 1990, Ambedkar was conferred with Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award, posthumously for his contributions to the upliftment of the Dalit community.
He was independent India’s first law and justice minister, the major architect of the Constitution of India.
