Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Examination (CHSE) has announced the form fill-up dates for the annual Plus II examination 2020 in Odisha.
As per the notification, the filling-up of examination forms in respect of all defaulting regular and ex-regular students in Arts, Science, Commerce, & Vocational streams is allowed with a late fine of Rs 350 only from Dec 23 to 24 to appear in the annual Plus II examination 2020.
The last date for depositing examination fee by the concerned Higher Secondary Schools will be for two days i.e from Dec 24 to Dec 26.
While the authorities have fixed Rs 520 as fee for non-practical (theory) subjects for both regular and ex-regular students, the regular students will have to pay additional Rs 40 for practical examination fee and Rs 40 for project evaluation work fee (in case of Commerce students per paper and Vocational Trade papers).
The ex-regular students will have to pay Rs 20 for practical examination fee and Rs 20 for evaluation work fee for Commerce and Vocational streams. Both regular and ex-regular will have to deposit above fee along with late fine of Rs 350.
As per the notification, the concerned schools will retain Rs 50 for theory, Rs 20 for practical subject, Rs 20 for project evaluation work and remit rest of amount Rs 470 along with the late fine amount Rs 350 per student (Ex-Regular) to the CHSE.
Similarly, out of total examination fee of Rs 520 collected towards theory papers, the concerned schools will retain Rs 40 for centre expenses and remit the balance amount of Rs 480 along with the late fine amount of Rs 350 per examinee (Regular).
The school authorities will collect Rs 40 towards practical examinations and evaluation work per paper and retain Rs 30 for the same purpose. They will remit the rest amount of Rs 10 per paper per examinee to the Council.
