Odisha Govt Opens Control Room to Monitor COVID-19 Lockdown

Amitabh Thakur to Supervise Functioning of Control Room

Bhubaneswar: In view of the COVID-19, the Odisha Government today opened a Control Room to monitor issues with the regard to the implementation of lockdown.

The control room will operate from the Home Department round-the-clock with effect from today, an official statement said.

Amitabh Thakur, IGP (Operations) will supervise the overall functioning of the Control Room, the statement added.

Issues faced by Odias stuck in various parts of country due to the nationwide lockdown can also be raised with the control room.
