Odisha’s Ace Shuttler Pramod Bhagat Wins Double Gold at China Para-badminton Championship

Bhubaneswar: Once again bringing laurels to the state and nation, Odisha’s Pramod Bhagat bagged double gold at China para-badminton International Championship on Sunday.

The ace shuttler won gold medals in singles and doubles category at the Championship.

The World no. 1 beat Daniel Bethell of England to clinch the gold medal in singles. He defeated Indian pair of Vikram and Suhas to seal the top prize in doubles.

Bhagat was recently nominated for the prestigious Arjuna Award.
