Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today paid his humble tributes to Bharat Ratna M. Visvesvaraya on his birth anniversary, which is celebrated as Engineers Day.

India celebrates Engineer’s Day on September 15 to appreciate the contributions of eminent engineer Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya who was born on this day in 1861 in in Karnataka.
