On International Justice Day, Odisha CM Says Robust Judiciary Vital to Prevent Crimes

Bhubaneswar:  Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday said that robust judiciary enshrined in the Constitution is vital to prevent crimes in society.

On the occasion of International Justice Day today, the Odisha CM stressed the role of judiciary in preventing crimes that threaten human rights, victims’ rights, disturb peace and security in society.

He also reiterated commitment to reinforce trust and solidarity among communities for a just world.
World Day for International Justice, also referred to as Day of International Criminal Justice or
International Justice Day is also known as World Day for International Justice and Day of International Criminal Justice. It is observed globally on 17 July every year to recognise the strengthening system of international justice.
