OSRTC, CRUT Organizing 10-Day Virtual Training Programme to Enhance Skills of Employees

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) and the Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) in association with Skilled in Odisha is organizing a 10-day virtual training programme ‘Bus Pathsala 2.0’ to further enhance skills of their employees.

The programme starting from August 12 will have virtual sessions on behavioral and technical skills, said the CRUT.

The filed staffs of OSRTC and CRUT will participate in the 10-day long training program.

Last month, the CRUT and OSRTC had organized a four-day virtual training session ‘Bus Pathsala’ to enhance skills of the employees on passenger-centric approaches and better maintenance practices for bus operations.
