Bhubaneswar: Top police officials of Odisha including Director General of Police Abhay today visited the BSF Andrahal and Mudulipada Company Operating Base in Malkangiri Bonda hills and reviewed the left wing extremism (LWE) situation.
The team, which also included Director Intelligence RK Sharma, IGP Operations Amitabh Thakur, DIG(SIW) Anirudh Kumar Singh, DIG (SWR) Pandit Rajesh Uttamrao, SP Malkangiri Rishikesh Dnyandeo Khilari and BSF officials interacted with the COB officials and Jawans.
They also reviewed the issues with regard to various infrastructure projects and developmental activities. They will also visit the Rayagada district headquarters later in the day.
