Rains To Lash State For Another 48 Hours; Yellow Warning Issued to 18 Districts

Bhubaneswar: the met department has issued yellow warning to 18 districts of Odisha. According to the met department, the state is going to experience torrential rains in the next 48 hours due to the impact of the cyclonic circulation marked over East Uttar Pradesh and adjoining Bihar.

Sundergarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Boudh, Anugul, Dhenkanal, Balaosre, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, and Nayagarh districts are expected to get heavu to very heavy rains in the 24 hours.Wind speed in these areas can reach upto 30 to 40 kilometers. Some places in coastal and interior Odisha can also experience dense fog till 29th of this month.
