New Delhi: In a major development, the Supreme Court today put a stay on the Orissa High Court order which stated only those migrants who test negative for COVID-19 are allowed to return to Odisha.
With this, all migrant labourers can enter into the State without any COVID-19 test.
Notably, the Orissa High Court on Thursday ordered that the State Government should ensure that all the migrants who are in queue to come to Odisha should be tested negative of COVID-19 before boarding the conveyance.
