Second Traffic Police Station in Bhubaneswar Inaugurated

Bhubaneswar: In a bid to enforce traffic rules in the capital city, Odisha Director General of Police (DGP) Bijay Kumar Sharma has inaugurated second traffic police station.

As many as eight areas including Chandaka, Nandankanan, Nayapalli, Khandagiri, Jatni, Chandrasekharpur, Infocity and Tomanda police limit will fall under its jurisdiction.

As many as 120 traffic constables have been recruited to the second traffic police station.

One inspector, one Havildar and two Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) have been given appointment in the second traffic police station.

Notably, earlier it was working as a traffic unit.
