Single-Day COVID Positive Cases Continues to Drop below 300 in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: In an indication of improvement in COVID-19 pandemic situation in Bhubaneswar, the Odisha capital continues report less than 300 new positive cases in single day for the fourth consecutive day.

As per the data shared by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), the capital city has reported 267 fresh positive cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours and 342 recoveries during the same period.

The state capital had registered 281 positive cases on October 13, 271 cases on October 12 and 290 cases on October 11.

With the addition of 267 new cases, the COVID-19 tally in the city has surged to 26283, which includes 3272 active cases.

As many as 22,867 patients have recovered from corona infection in Bhubaneswar so far, the BMC said.
