Transgender SHG to Take Care Maintenance of 7 More Drinking Water Kiosks in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has handed over maintenance responsibility of 7 more drinking water kiosks in Bhubaneswar to a city-based transgender Self-Help Group.

TG Swikruti SHG will take care of maintenance of the drinking water kiosks located under Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation area.

A Supplementary Agreement was signed between TG Swikruti SHG and Water Corporation of Odisha (WATCO) in this regard.

In last April, the SHG got responsibility for annual maintenance of 25 such kiosks in capital city, WATCO informed.
