Bhubaneswar: Two lady doctors of Narla Community Health Center in Kalahandi district have been tested positive for the Coronavirus. According to reports, the two doctors got infected after coming in contact with a Telangana returnee Covid patient.
The Telangana returnee Covid patient had disobeyed home quarantine rule and visited the Narla Community Health Center after staying in a TMC for seven days. Authorities have sanitized the Health Center and swabs of all the staff members are being collected to test for Covid-19.
Another person, also a Telangana returnee, has also been tested positive from the district on Saturday. The total number of positive cases from Kalahandi disytrict stands at 41 with 20 persons already cured and discharged.
