Bhubaneswar: Two more COVID-19 patients passed away in Odisha taking death toll to 36 in the State, informed the State Health and Family Welfare Department.
“Regret to inform of the demise of a 40 year old Covid positive Male of Gajapati district and a 64 year old Covid positive Male of Sundargarh district, who was also suffering from Diabetes”, the Health Department said.
Meanwhile, another person from Balasore, who tested COVID-19 positive, died due to massive hemorrhagic exudative pleural effusion.
“Regret to inform of the demise of a 45 year old Covid positive female of Balasore district due to Massive Hemorrhagic Exudative Pleural Effusion. 1 Non Covid death”, the Department added.
