New Delhi: The Supreme Court verdict on the Ram Janma Bhoomi title suit today will be a unanimous one by the five judge bench. The five judge bench consists of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justices S A Bobde, D Y Chandrachud, Ashok Bhushan and S Abdul Nazeer.
The claim of Nirmohi Akhara is only of management. Nirmohi Akhara is not a Shabait, rules Supreme Court.
The verdict started at 10 30 am at the Court Room 1 of the Supreme Court. Case one dealing with Shia petition challenging the 1945 order has been dismissed by the Supreme Court.

ASI concluded that there was a Hindu temple below the structure and there is evidence to support the ASI. The underlying structure was equal if not more than the disputed structure above. The Artifacts discovered below the disputed structure are of non Islamic nature. The ASI has not opined that a temple has demolished to make the disputed structure. A finding in law cannot only be based on Archaeology.
