War Against COVID-19: Odisha to Provide Incentives to Suppliers for Early Delivery of Medicines, Medical Equipment

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has taken a significant decision to provide incentives in the form of 50% extra to suppliers of medicines & medical equipment for supplying medicines ahead of schedule time to hospitals, stated State Govt’s spokesperson on COVID-19, Subroto Bagchi.

Briefing the media persons here today, Bagchi said: “The Odisha State Medical Corporation has declared incentive for early delivery of medicines and medical equipment like 50% extra for delivery in 7 days, 25% extra for delivery in 15 days and 10% extra for delivery in 30 days.”

“Full cost of transportation along with full payment within 24 hours of delivery has been assured,” he said.
