Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today celebrated the New Year in a simple and unique way.
The Chief Minister started the day with prayer to Lord Jagannath, the God of Universe, for the peace and prosperity of 4.5 crore people of the State.
